With the introduction of a simple, yet revolutionary product over 20 years ago, Magnum Dynalab's legacy began. Our incredible Signal Sleuth, designed to boost and stabilize FM signals, was launched in 1984 and eventually led to the introduction of what would become our core product line for many years; world-leading analog FM tuners for the home market. After considerable success with our Signal Sleuth, our first FM tuner, the FT 101, was launched in September 1985. The design of the FT 101 was not only received by audio enthusiasts with glowing reviews, it also formed the backbone of the design for our entire product line. From these pure analog design fundamentals, we have introduced 15 unique analog FM tuners over the past 20 years, including our new Triode series, incorporating tube technology into the audio output stage of many of our new products. To compliment our lineup of analog tuners, Magnum Dynalab also began producing an assortment of both directional and omni-directional FM antennas, intended to ensure our listeners enjoyed the best our products have to offer. Our antennas continue to be appraised as the best in the business, used by listeners around the world. Our R&D in pure analog circuitry has led us to pursue opportunities with other related products. Our integrated FM receiver (MD 208) introduced in 2000 and our integrated amplifier (MD 308) introduced in 2001 helped showcase our expertise in other categories, and also kept our designers thinking about the future. As the world of source audio evolved in recent years, analog FM tuners have become more and more a staple of only the purest of audiophiles. While all music lovers have been using digital source products for many years (CD players), the product mix is now evolving to include satellite radios, hard-disk based audio servers, and streaming internet audio. As a result of this changing environment, we have dedicated significant investment dollars towards researching the opportunity to incorporate our expertise in pure analog design with the future of digital source audio. The result has been the development of new business relationships with organizations experienced in the conversion of digital sources to continuous signals. With new expertise incorporating D/A conversion technology and an entrenched knowledge in the art of analog circuitry, we went to work on the launch of our most forward-looking product to date, the MD 109 and the World Source Platform. Following in the footsteps of its predecessor, the MD 108, the MD 109 is at its core the most sonically accomplished analog FM tuner we have ever developed. However, this exciting new product was also the beneficiary of our proprietary World Source Platform. This platform is designed as a serious solution to the evolution of the multi-format audio source environment that we live in today. In addition to receiving and delivering with sonic accuracy all terrestrial FM signals, the MD 109 is upgradeable to accommodate digital and satellite radio, file exchange, CD, DVD and Internet Sources. In fact, the MD 109 was designed to serve as your source component for all future listening options and variables in the digital domain. After the development of the MD 109, we continued to look at other product options in the field of high-performance source components. With the surplus of digital source options available today, the possibilities are many. However, given the variability in the signal quality from selected sources, we assert that we will only bring products to market that best represent our legacy of pure audio reproduction. As we look back over more than 20 years of business development, we remain excited about the future. The MD-90T is the entry-level model and it sounds breathtaking -- only MD's more upmarket tuners deliver more.  MD 107 is a worthy replacement of one of our long-standing flagship products, the MD 106T. Now standard on many of our high-performance tuners, the MD 107 uses two 6922 MD Triodes in the audio amplification stage, and features upgraded capacitors, tighter tolerances on components in the RF section, and an improved power supply. It also comes equipped (as an option) with our onboard DAC, with available S/PDIF and USB 2.0 inputs, both of which are selectable via the optional remote or the faceplate. The predecessor and backbone of the new MD 108T Triode Tube FM Tuner, the MD 108, is one of the most successful standalone FM tuners we have ever introduced. It has been a staple of the Magnum Dynalab collection for over 10 years and the first of our tuners to employ the distinctive and incredibly precise MAGIC EYE tube for tuning, and also the first of our products to utilize a separate audio stage within the unit. In 2005, the Magnum Dynalab design team took this discrete audio stage to the next level. Our proprietary TRACCTM technology (Triode Reference Audio Control Center) was introduced first with the launch of the MD 109 FM Tuner, and this innovative design has resulted in our most impressive audio output ever. With our most inspiring audio section now available to the market, we felt it appropriate to apply this new technology to some of our classic Analogue FM tuners. Introducing the MD 108T. In addition to the inclusion of the TRACCTM audio section (also found in the MD 109), we have also utilized an ultra-stable power supply, a new RF design with greater sensitivity, closer tolerances for the critical components, and a thicker printed circuit board with gold plated solder pads. Finally, a true differentially balanced circuit utilizes the full influence of the Triode tube design and insures that the balanced signals are perfectly matched - thus realizing the full benefit when used in a balanced system. Building on the MD 108 FM Tuner, the six stage front end is yet another improvement on a proven design. With three ultra-sensitive bandwidth settings and enhanced selectivity, you are ensured the best possible signal from either of the two analog antenna inputs. Plus, the MD 108T is equipped with two digital antenna inputs for future upgradeability. The winding is impregnated with a special oil, and these features contribute to an even fuller and smoother tonal richness and diversity. Along with their collective ability to move sound while maintaining the purity of the original signal, these components are highly regarded for extensive unwavering performance over the long haul. To minimize the stress on the tube and insure long tube life a special turn on circuit is incorporated that has a very slow rise time slope. This brings the tube up to the optimum operating current at a very controlled and safe rate. In addition to this notable design feature, our audio tubes themselves are different. Designed and manufactured specifically for Magnum Dynalab, our 6922 Reference CryoValve tubes have been through an exclusive process before landing in the 109. Each tube passes through a series of operations, including a 100 hour cryogenic treatment process at -320oF.
