The Arretes come with a Superstand for optimal decoupling to the floor, the enclosure is furnished with tuned shock absorbers (a norrmal enhanced stiffening of the enclosure will move the resonance frequency upwards, the shock absorbers do more than that, they aborb), and the amplifier is "tweaked". The guideline for the R 11 Arreté project was: Absolute Perfection. Zero Compromise”. WE HAD TO REWRITE THE RULE BOOK OF SPEAKER DESIGN The Audiovector R 11 Arreté is very special and unconventional in the way it uses multiple rear firing bass drivers in a line source configuration. “In order to build a speaker with Audiovector aesthetics and to exploit the advantages of Audiovector’s ‘tear drop’ shape, we had to rewrite the rule book of speaker design." THE PERFECT SHAPE Audiovector’s ‘tear-drop’ shape is as close to the perfect acoustic shape as you can get in the real world. This shape eliminates the usual delay problems created by internal damping, and allows for an extremely low level of coloration - also aided by the very stiff and inert cabinet. NCS-TECHNOLOGY Audiovector Natural Crystal Structure-technology. By freezing components down to -238˚ C, the copper molecules realign themselves to their natural positions and thus reduce resistance, which clarifies the overall sound. Sono passati diversi anni dalla progettazione alla presentazione del prototipo ed infine alla realizzazione dei nuovi diffusori Audiovector Discreet. Ma l’attesa è stata ben ripagata, è ora possibile infatti ascoltare in streaming qualsiasi dispositivo Bluetooth (smartphone,tablet,Mac,PC,server etc.) in qualità CD. Un buffer interno permette di migliorare le prestazioni del segnale, mantenendolo, al contrario della maggioranza dei ricevitori Bluetooth sempre nel dominio digitale, azzerandone i limiti imposti dalla velocità di trasmissione del segnale. Questo permette inoltre una connessione diretta Bit-Perfect 24bit/192Khz diretta dalla sorgente ai diffusori, senza alcun artefatto analogico come distorsione o rumore. Utilizzo E’ particolarmente impressionante la resa qualitativa da dispositivi come iPhone, iPad, Tablet o Android di file musicali. La qualità è talmente elevata da non farvi rimpiangere i vostri amati CD. Questo però non significa che non potete ugualmente utilizzare un lettore CD, un TV, un PC/Mac o qualsiasi sorgente audio, infatti grazie all’hub in dotazione potete collegare 4 sorgenti digitali (24/192kHz) a piacimento, e persino un giradischi se lo desiderate grazie al convertitore A/D integrato. L’accensione, lo spegnimento come la selezione delle sorgenti è automatica, inoltre potete controllare il sistema semplicemente tramite il vostro dispositivo (iPhone, iPad, etc.) oppure con un telecomando di vostro piacimento. Basta una coppia di Discreet semplicemente collegate ad un TV per creare un completo sistema audio-video dalle prestazioni e dalla semplicità di uso sconvolgente. La dotazione è completata da una uscita dedicata al collegamento di un eventuale subwoofer, da un ingresso di comando IR ed uno RS-232 permettendo così il controllo e l’integrazione da parte di sistemi come Crestron, AMX, Savant, Control4, Elan, RTI etc. espandendone così l’utilizzo anche in sistemi commerciali (sale riunioni, pub, etc.) ed installazioni custom. X3 Super FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION X3 SUPER – A FINE ALL ROUNDER The X3 series is a
basic series of speakers. The X3-Super has a rectangular cabinet with bracings
and it uses two 6.5” drivers with membranes made from an aluminium/paper
sandwich mounted in a very open magnesium/aluminium alloy chassis. The voice
coils are ventilated very well. All in all this is classic Audiovector LCC
technology. SIMPLE BUT EFFICIENT The cross over is quite simple – as it should
be. Only one component in series with eacg driver means that we do not impair
efficiency. And that the load stay very gentle: The X3 Super works fine with
even small amplifiers, because the impedance never gets nasty. BLACK AND WHITE
The speakers come in hi-gloss white or hi-gloss black. They stand on a specially
designed plinth, which is decoupled from the cabinet for better performance. The
X3 Super can be upgraded to X3 Signature following Audiovectors IUC-upgrade
